Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of E-Sports DS Advisor ("App"). By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

1. Product Scope

E-Sports DS Advisor is a coaching and motivation companion for esports development. The App does not guarantee tournament outcomes, ranking results, income, or professional contracts.

2. AI Features and OpenAI

Certain text responses are generated by OpenAI based on user-submitted prompts and chat messages. AI-generated content may be incomplete, generalized, or inaccurate in specific situations. Users are solely responsible for evaluating and applying generated suggestions.

Users must not submit sensitive personal information in chat (for example: passwords, payment card data, government identifiers, or medical records). AI coaching does not require such information.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the App for abuse, harassment, unlawful activity, or platform misuse.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or infrastructure.
• Do not submit illegal, infringing, or harmful content through chat or feedback channels.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses OpenAI for text generation, Singular for attribution and analytics, and OneSignal for notifications. These providers may process technical identifiers and operational metadata required to deliver their services.

5. Data Principles

The App does not provide an internal user-to-user private data exchange channel and does not intentionally build a personal identity profile database. Operational identifiers and usage events may be processed for service delivery, quality assurance, anti-abuse, attribution, and notification reliability.

6. Retention and Compliance

Data may be retained only as necessary for service operation, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and product quality. Specific retention periods may depend on statutory obligations and third-party processor policies.

7. Availability and Updates

Features, user interfaces, rank mechanics, and content may change over time. We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available." Mega Digits LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from gameplay choices, connectivity issues, third-party service limitations, or reliance on AI-generated outputs.
