This Privacy Policy explains how E-Sports DS Advisor ("App", "we", "us", or "our") processes information when users access AI coaching, mission, ranking, and notification features. We apply data minimization by design and do not intentionally collect direct personal identity data unless it is voluntarily provided in free-text user input.

1. AI Features and OpenAI

The App provides AI-generated text coaching. To deliver this feature, user-submitted chat messages are transmitted to OpenAI for processing and response generation.

• OpenAI is used only for generating text responses requested by the user.
• AI coaching does not require personal identity information to function.
• Users must not submit sensitive data in chat (for example: passwords, payment data, government IDs, or medical records).

2. Categories of Data We Process

• User-provided message content submitted through AI chat.
• Technical identifiers (for example, app instance ID/device-level identifier) for attribution, delivery, and anti-abuse.
• Operational usage events (for example, mission progress, rank activity, and feature interaction events).

3. Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect

• We do not operate a direct personal identity profile collection flow.
• We do not provide an in-app user-to-user private data exchange system.
• We do not sell personal information.

4. Third-Party Processors and Infrastructure

We use limited service providers to support core App functionality:

• OpenAI - AI text processing and response generation.
• Singular - attribution and campaign measurement.
• OneSignal - push notification delivery and related metadata.

5. Retention and Deletion

Information is retained only as necessary for service operation, security monitoring, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and product quality assurance. Retention periods may vary depending on legal obligations and third-party processor policies. Where technically and legally feasible, data is deleted or minimized when no longer required.

6. AI Safety, Accuracy, and User Responsibility

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, generalized, or inaccurate in specific contexts. Responses are provided for informational and motivational purposes only and do not constitute guaranteed professional advice. Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on generated content.

7. Children

If applicable law in a user's jurisdiction requires parental or guardian consent for minors, such consent must be obtained before using AI chat or notification features.
